2. Description of Service

BioTrack is a personal health data tracking platform that allows users to:

• Track biomarker results from blood tests and other health assessments
• Monitor water fasting sessions
• Store genetic marker information
• View trends and historical data
• Export personal health data

Important: BioTrack is a data tracking tool only. We do not provide medical testing, diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• Always seek the advice of your GP (General Practitioner) or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked on BioTrack
• Reference ranges provided are general guidelines and may not apply to your specific situation
• Blood tests and health assessments should only be obtained through licensed healthcare providers and pathology services

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all health data you enter into BioTrack. You may:

• Export your data at any time (Pro subscription required)
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of your data

6. Subscription and Payments

BioTrack offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to the water fasting tracker
• Pro Subscription: Full access to biomarker tracking, genetic markers, data export, and all features

Subscriptions are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to store data for anyone other than yourself

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioTrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Any decisions made based on data tracked in the Service
• Any health outcomes or medical decisions
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Inaccuracies in reference ranges or calculations

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
